RENTAL RATES

The listed rates apply to a one-week stay from Saturday to Saturday.
The booking deposit is 50% of the total price.

The price includes

Accommodation, internet access, cot, hairdryer, bed linen, towels, tea towels, basic toiletries (soap, toilet paper and tissues), water, waste collection, parking, secure bicycle and ski storage, basic cleaning, laundering of bed linen and firewood used in the fireplace.

The price does not include

Electricity consumption is charged separately due to the two saunas.

Refundable damage deposit: CZK 5.000. Refundable damage deposit for guests who are not Czech citizens: CZK 10,000. The deposit will be returned when the cabin is handed back on the day of departure.

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its equipment and must cover the cost of repair or replacement.

Pets are not permitted.

Arrival and departure

Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. If no other booking immediately precedes or follows your stay, early check-in from 10:00 or late check-out until 17:00 may be arranged for a one-off fee of CZK 1,000.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation charges are calculated from the booking deposit:

• cancellation 60 or more days before arrival: no charge
• cancellation 59–30 days before arrival: 50% of the booking deposit
• cancellation 29–14 days before arrival: 75% of the booking deposit
• cancellation 13–0 days before arrival: 100% of the booking deposit

Agreement

After payment, we send the accommodation agreement by email for signature. Guests confirm the accommodation terms and return the signed agreement by email or registered post. Full accommodation terms are available in the house rules.
